Underground Characterization and VS30
The purpose of the analysis is the development of a classification of soils in order to estimate the elastic response spectrum for the component horizontal motion.
The latter, and in particular the resonance frequency of the soil, represent a fundamental parameter to avoid the real cause of the destruction from the earthquake, or the double resonance.
Georisorse Italia works in these terms, to government agencies and individual owners in order to characterize the subsurface investigation and define the class of the VS30 parameter.
Furthermore, by means of the equipment available to perform seismic surveys, refraction and reflection, in engineering
(Construction of dams, bridges, etc. ..) and in situations affected by landslide hazard and hydrogeological, using a highly qualified staff.
